Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is launching a brand new rare disease GI/Hepatology team in the United States. The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will drive sales in an assigned geography, build physician relationships, and deliver high-impact, clinically-focused presentations communicating therapeutic value.

The role requires 5+ years pharma sales experience, 3+ years GI/Hepatology experience preferred, and strong analytical and CRM/AI tool skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
Consistent top-tier sales accomplishments.
Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in the territory preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales goals in assigned territory with integrated business plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Use data tools and insights to guide strategy and decision-making.
Plan, organize and cover territory according to action plan; manage budget.
Complete administrative tasks; execute brand strategy in area; participate in training.
Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies.
