Job summary

Syneos Health in Providence, RI seeks a Territory Business Manager for Rare Disease to launch a new GI/Hepatology product. You will develop and execute territory plans, build professional relationships with physicians, and meet sales goals in a complex, matrixed environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years pharma/biopharma sales, GI/Hepatology experience preferred, strong analytical skills, CRM/AI proficiency, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Consistent top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate clearly.
• Must be self-motivated with high autonomy and independence.
• Proficiency with CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and manage customer interactions per plan.
• Use data tools to inform business decisions and strategy.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage budget.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance policies.
