Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Specialty Development Executive, Rare Disease for the Northern Florida area. The role focuses on selling laboratory testing to genetics providers, neurologists, and related specialties, with up to 50% travel allowed.

The position requires a strong medical outside sales track record and the ability to develop business plans, forecast opportunities, and collaborate with Clinical Sales teams. Traveling to conferences and maintaining CRM data will be essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of medical outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell laboratory testing services to professionals in the Rare Disease space, including genetics providers and specialists.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and regional quotas in Northern Florida.
• Develop and execute an annual business plan with quarterly updates.
• Build a sales pipeline and forecast opportunities in Salesforce.
• Travel up to 50% to cover assigned territory and key accounts.
