Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Specialty Development Executive, Rare Disease to join our team in the Northern Florida area. The role focuses on selling laboratory testing services to genetics providers, neurologists, cardiologists, and pediatric subspecialists, while building a robust pipeline and achieving sales targets.

You will develop and execute a strategic plan, forecast opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand Labcorp's Rare Disease footprint in the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical outside sales experience.
• Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
• Ability to articulate complex clinical data to clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Sell laboratory testing services to professionals within Rare Disease space; build and exceed territory sales goals.
• Develop and execute annual business plan with quarterly updates.
• Forecast sales funnel and maintain 90-day quota; travel up to 50%.
• Collaborate with Labcorp Clinical Sales and teams; attend trade shows as requested.
• Provide customer education on focus products and market updates.
