Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a field-based Expert to call on healthcare providers in a rare CAH disease program, delivering education and support from diagnosis through management. You will build strategic relationships with COEs, academic centers, health systems and payers while advancing a patient-centric model and ethical, compliant sales practices.

The role emphasizes mastery of brand messaging, disease knowledge, and digital engagement to drive high-impact, patient-tailored experiences

Qualifications

• BS/BA or higher with 4+ years of biotech/pharma sales experience.
• Master’s degree preferred with 2+ years in relevant sales.
• Proven launch experience in rare diseases or specialty markets.
• Experience calling on prescribers, COEs and academic institutions.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Responsabilités

• Lead and implement a patient-centric field strategy across territories.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with COEs and health systems.
• Provide high-level clinical education to providers and payers.
• Create and execute business and account plans reflecting market conditions.
• Interpret sales data to identify opportunities and optimize coverage.
• Collaborate with payer access teams to maximize patient access.
• Build relationships with patient advocacy groups and communities.

Formation

BS/BA degree with 4+ years sales experience

Master’s degree preferred with 2+ years

PhD with some experience

Strong ethical / patient-centric focus

Ability to navigate complex accounts
