Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a field-based sales expert to drive rare CAH therapies across targeted HCPs and payers. You will lead education, build COE partnerships, and execute strategic account plans to maximize market access and awareness of our premium endocrine portfolio.

The role requires 4+ years in biotech/pharma sales, strong communication, data analysis, and relationship-building skills. A BS/BA is required; advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals with launch success.
• Experience calling on prescribers of high-value products; consistent quota attainment.
• Background in rare diseases and access strategy is preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate to opportunities.
• Strong relationships with COEs, academe, health systems and payers.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient-centric model implementation across physicians, staff, clinics and hospitals.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with COEs and health systems.
• Serve as authority on Neurocrine tools for physicians, pharmacists and providers.
• Create and execute strategic business and account plans aligned with brand strategy.
• Master disease states and educate on treatment drivers and access pathways.
• Collaborate with payer teams to maximize patient access and coverage.
