Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a field-based expert to lead on rare CAH disease therapies. You will call on healthcare providers, build strategic relationships with COEs, health systems, and IDNs, and deliver education and support from diagnosis through disease management.

You will master brand messaging, clinical information, and digital tools to drive high-impact, ethical customer experiences in a competitive market across academic and community settings.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 4+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharma including 5+ years calling on prescribers of high-value products.
• Launch experience in highly complex and competitive environments is preferred.
• Experience with salesforce automation platforms and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient-centric model implementation across physicians, clinics, and hospitals.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with COEs, academic teaching institutions, health systems, and IDNs.
• Serve as authority on Neurocrine tools and resources for physicians, pharmacists, and other providers.
• Create and execute strategic business and account plans reflecting brand strategy and local market conditions.
• Master disease states including patient journeys and treatment drivers.
• Provide high-level clinical education and promotional programs to targeted accounts.
• Maintain relationships with payer landscape to optimize access and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with patient advocacy groups to support education and disease awareness.
• Navigate complex hospital settings to access targeted HCPs and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities via analysis of market data and plan cross-functional actions.
• Demonstrate strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
