Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a field-based Endocrine Divisional Sales Expert to drive awareness and adoption of first-in-class therapies for rare CAH disease. You will call on physicians, COEs and health systems, delivering compliant, high-impact education and guidance from diagnosis through disease management.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree AND 4+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceutical sales industry.
• Proven launch experience in highly complex and competitive environments.
• Experience with business systems, salesforce automation platforms, and other business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads the implementation for patient-centric model across physicians, clinics and hospitals.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with COEs, Academic Teaching Institutions, Health Systems, and IDNs.
• Educate providers and patients on Rare Disease therapies and ensure compliant, high-quality service.
• Create and execute strategic business and account plans aligned with brand strategy and market conditions.
• Master disease states and understanding of patient journeys to drive access and outcomes.
• Collaborate with payer and access teams to maximize patient access and coverage.
• Engage with patient advocacy groups to support education and awareness.
