Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a results-driven sales professional to lead patient-centric initiatives across hospitals, clinics and physician groups in the endocrine space. You will build strategic relationships with COEs and health systems, educate providers on rare disease therapies, and execute local account plans to maximize access and adoption.

Qualificações

• BS/BA degree required with 4+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharmac.
• Experience in Rare Disease sales or endocrinology is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead patient-centric model implementation with physicians, clinics and hospitals.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with COEs, academic teaching institutions and health systems.
• Serve as authority on Neurocrine tools and resources to support physicians, pharmacists and healthcare providers.
• Create and execute strategic business and account plans aligned with local market conditions.
• Master disease-state knowledge and understand patient journeys and treatment drivers.
• Provide high-level clinical education and promote rare disease therapies to diverse stakeholders.
