Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Training for Rare Disease.

You will develop and manage the full annual training program, lead primary facilitation of training classes, and drive skills training for field leadership and clinical sales specialists. You will oversee agency projects, navigate regulatory approvals, and collect best practices globally to continuously improve training across the Rare Disease portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years biopharma commercial experience
• 2+ years in Rare Disease
• Strong facilitation & presentation skills
• Knowledge of selling principles

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver field force training programs for the Rare Disease commercial team(s)
• Develop and oversee the 4-step Rare training program and evolve the RARE training brand
• Assess employees’ skills and performance and provide written recommendations for improvement
• Oversee training operations including materials stocking and logistics
• Collaborate with marketing to drive program development and implementation
• Onboard new hires and assign them to training sessions and curricula
• Manage content delivery via IPSEN Global Learning Platform (iLearn LMS) and ACTO tools
• Monitor budgets and scope for training projects
