Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in pharma/biotech, with breadth in Sales & Marketing.
• Strong data-driven presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Experience integrating large data sets and executive summaries.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Compliance with regulatory guidelines in tactic design and execution.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between home office and field teams to align priorities.
• Collaborate with the National Sales Director and Head of TLLs to boost field engagement.
• Lead planning and execution of field meetings, communications, and leadership activities.
• Drive cross-functional execution of commercial initiatives with Ops, Training, Medical, BOS, and V&A.
• Develop and deploy field tools and processes including CRM and engagement platforms.
• Identify field gaps and partner to implement solutions.
• Monitor impact of initiatives and suggest optimizations.
