• Design and lead governance and management operating system with leadership forums and reviews
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define objectives and ensure alignment
• Own integrated planning including strategic, brand, operational, workforce and financial plans
• Lead RDBU portfolio governance and enterprise priorities and transformations
• Drive enterprise-wide launch readiness and commercialization planning for Rare Disease
