Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver field force training for Rare disease teams.
• Implement and enhance the 4-step Rare training program.
• Assess employees' skills and provide improvement advice.
• Oversee training operations, materials, stocking, and shipping.
• Identify training gaps and create curricula.
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive program development.
• Maintain content via IPSEN iLearn LMS and ACTO tools.
• Manage budgets and project scope.
