Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Training in Neuroscience to lead development of training for product knowledge, disease states, and competitive landscape across the Neuroscience portfolio.

The role ensures customer-facing teams are equipped with knowledge and skills to drive growth and aligns training strategies with business objectives. The position involves strategic curriculum development, live and virtual delivery, and ongoing coaching to improve

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required (or equivalent).
MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Minimum 3 years pharma/biotech industry experience.
Strong facilitation & presentation skills.
Track record in project management and delivering results.
Sales experience in biotech is preferred.
Experience partnering with internal teams on field education & training initiatives.
Knowledge of pharma systems used for sales execution (ACTO, Veeva) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop training curriculums for product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
Deliver live and virtual training sessions for field personnel and leadership.
Create real-world training materials, case studies, and e-learning modules.
Establish Neuroscience Academy and advanced training plans for NSRs and RBDs.
Provide coaching to improve selling skills and messaging based on field feedback.
