Amgen in Memphis, Tennessee is seeking a Case Manager to coordinate patient access, insurance approvals, and reimbursement workflows across providers and payers. You will partner with RBMs, PALs, the hub, and pharmacy teams to ensure timely access to therapies for U.S. patients.

The role emphasizes HIPAA and FDA familiarity, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple cases across geographies and time zones. Travel up to 20% may be required.

• Master’s degree or equivalent case management experience required.
• Pharma industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Mansioni

• Oversee insurance approvals and reauthorizations communication.
• Collaborate with RBMs, PALs, hub, pharmacy and patients to manage all steps for therapy access.
• Report adverse events and product complaints to medical information as needed.
• Maintain case history for U.S. patients with notes from hub, pharmacy, insurance calls and patient interactions.
• Track reimbursement and shipping status for U.S. patients.
