Amgen is seeking a Case Manager to support patient access and reimbursement across the United States. You will coordinate with RBMs, PALs, and MSLs to manage insurance authorizations, denials, and reauthorizations, while counseling patients on insurance options and financial assistance.

The role involves tracking open enrollment, communicating trends, and collaborating with pharmacy and medical teams to ensure timely access to therapy.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent combination with case management experience.
• 2+ years case management experience
• Associates degree with 6 years case management experience or higher

Responsabilidades

• Daily coordination with RBMs, PALs and MSLs to ensure accurate communication on insurance approvals and reauthorizations.
• Work with RBMs, PALs, hub, pharmacy, and patient/family to case manage steps to access therapy.
• Counsel patients on insurance and reimbursement options and track reimbursement status for US patients.
• Maintain case histories with notes from hub, pharmacy, insurance calls, patient support programs, physicians, nurses, and families.
• Identify reimbursement trends and report on weekly changes in patient status and adjudication status.
