Amgen seeks a Rare Disease Key Account Manager to reduce time to diagnosis and improve access by partnering with health systems, clinics, and infusion centers. You will lead account plans, address contracting and package buy-and-bill operations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient care.

Travel ~40–60% in the US; strong communication and strategic oversight are essential to drive therapy utilization and patient outcomes in a complex market.

• Doctorate or Master/Bachelor degree with strong sales/account management experience.
• Experience in rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or complex buy-and-bill environments.
• Ability to navigate contracting, reimbursement, and site-of-care decisions.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% within assigned geography.
