Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced, high-performing Specialty Sales Representatives to join our expanding commercial organization in support of launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran (siRNA targeting APOC3), for rare cardiovascular conditions.

Role emphasizes prescriber activation, therapy adoption, and durable utilization within complex healthcare environments, with a focus on strategic field engagement and compliant education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Demonstrated success launching or expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth required.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to prescribers.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies within a competitive cardiometabolic landscape.
• Execute speaker programs, educational events, and peer-to-peer engagements to drive awareness and adoption.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
