Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals in the United States seeks experienced, high-performing Specialty Sales Representatives to drive launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran for rare and high-need cardiovascular conditions. You will engage prescribers, navigate complex care pathways, and enable durable utilization.

Ideal candidates have Bachelor's degree and 5+ years pharma sales, 3+ years in specialty or cardiovascular areas, and experience with IDNs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to physicians.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services.
• Maintain compliant activity documentation and CRM data quality.
