Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to join our expanding commercial organization. This role supports launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran (siRNA targeting APOC3), for patients with rare conditions.

You will drive prescriber activation, accelerate therapy adoption, and ensure sustained utilization within complex health systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience launching or expanding complex therapies with access navigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinical education to prescribers and differentiate Arrowhead therapies.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.
• Maintain compliant field activity documentation and CRM accuracy.
• Travel ~30% to represent Arrowhead at meetings and conferences.
