Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to join our expanding commercial organization and drive launch success for our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran (siRNA targeting APOC3). The role emphasizes prescriber activation, strategic territory planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Medical Affairs.

Travel ~30% with a focus on access navigation for rare cardiovascular conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience launching or expanding therapies requiring access navigation.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience with IDNs or complex healthcare systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans aligned to brand strategy.
• Analyze prescribing trends and access landscape to identify growth.
• Manage territory budget including speaker programs and promos.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Deliver compliant product education within approved labeling.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies in a competitive landscape.
• Build trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
