Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to join our expanding commercial organization and drive the launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran (siRNA targeting APOC3) for rare cardiovascular conditions.

This role focuses on prescriber activation, rapid adoption, and sustained utilization across complex healthcare environments, with ~30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience navigating integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex healthcare systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Analyze prescribing trends and access landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage territory budget including speaker programs and promotions.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate education within approved labeling.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies in a competitive cardiometabolic landscape.
• Execute speaker programs and physician engagement to drive adoption.
• Build and sustain trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to align execution.
• Maintain compliant CRM activity and records.
