Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced, high-performing Specialty Sales Representatives to join our expanding commercial organization. This role supports the launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran for patients with rare cardiovascular conditions.

You will drive prescriber activation, accelerate therapy adoption, and ensure sustained utilization within complex healthcare environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to navigate access barriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
• Experience working within integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Territory planning and data-driven execution aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Analyze territory data and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage territory budget including speaker programs and promotions.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Deliver clinical education within approved labeling and differentiate Arrowhead therapies.
• Execute speaker programs, events, and peer engagements to drive adoption.
• Support patient identification and therapy initiation through provider engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services for alignment.
