SpaceX is seeking a Raptor Manufacturing Specialist (Maintenance) Level 4/5 in Hawthorne, CA. You will support preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on production equipment in a high-volume environment, collaborating with engineers and operators to keep critical systems running efficiently.

The role emphasizes ownership of maintenance tasks, safety procedures, and ongoing learning to adopt advanced techniques and new equipment technologies.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing/production or technical environments.
Experience maintaining industrial equipment such as welding tools, ovens, vacuum systems.
Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.
Strong emphasis on safety and Lean/productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

Own asset recovery processes from fault diagnosis to production release.
Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on production/test equipment.
Collaborate with engineers, managers, and customers to keep systems in peak condition.
Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems using root-cause analysis.
