Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance in manufacturing.
• Experience with maintenance on industrial equipment (welding tools, ovens, vacuum systems).
• Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own asset recovery processes from fault diagnosis to return-to-production release.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and test equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers, managers, and customers to maintain systems in peak operating condition.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using root-cause analysis.
