Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in sales or customer service in a high-volume environment.
• Proven strong sales and closing skills with a friendly, engaging manner.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use standard software.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service by managing vehicle returns per Hertz policies.
• Welcome customers, assist with luggage, and answer questions professionally.
• Provide invoices and explain charges clearly to customers.
• Resolve issues and escalate when needed to Team Leader.
• Inspect vehicles, record damage, and document requirements.
• Explain final charges and secure keys while assisting customers.
• Share customer feedback with the team to improve satisfaction.
• Maintain a neat work area and carry out additional duties as assigned.
