Job summary

Hertz at the airport is seeking a part-time Customer Service Instant Return Representative to deliver fast, courteous, and accurate vehicle return experiences. You will greet customers, process returns, explain charges, and support loss prevention while maintaining a strong service standard.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 45 pounds, and working flexible shifts including weekends and holidays at the airport location.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales or customer experience in a high-volume or service-oriented environment.
• Strong sales and closing skills with a friendly, engaging manner.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service during vehicle return while following Hertz policies.
• Welcome customers with a pleasant greeting and assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide invoice and explain charges to customers.
• Resolve customer issues professionally or escalate to Team Leader when appropriate.
• Inspect vehicle for damage, record changes, and document as required.
• Check fuel and mileage and explain final charges clearly to the customer.
• Secure keys and remind customers to remove personal belongings.
• Share customer feedback with team and help improve operations and satisfaction.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance and undertake other duties as requested.
