Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of sales or customer experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proven strong sales and closing skills with a friendly, engaging manner.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent English communication, other languages encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service during vehicle returns per Hertz policies.
• Greet customers, assist with luggage, answer questions professionally.
• Explain charges and provide a detailed invoice.
• Resolve issues or escalate to Team Leader as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, log cleaning needs, and document.
• Explain fuel levels, mileage, and final charges clearly.
• Secure keys and remind customers to remove personal belongings.
• Convey customer feedback to improve service and operations.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and tidy workspace.
• Support additional duties as assigned by managers.
