Qualifications

• Active nursing license in Georgia or eligibility to practice under eNLC.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Rapid Response Team calls and coordinate patient care during events.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes; use SBAR for communication.
• Develop and update RRT clinical guidelines; monitor and follow up on patient outcomes.
• Educate patients, families and staff about RRT processes and safety.
• Collect and analyze RRT data to identify improvement opportunities and report to leadership.
