Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma; BSN preferred.
• Current Georgia RN license; eNLC privilege preferred.
• ACLS/BLS certifications required upon hire; active credentials.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing practice in a critical care environment.

Responsibilities

• Responds to RRT calls and coordinates patient care during events.
• Documents assessment, interventions, and outcomes; uses SBAR documentation.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other disciplines to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Develops and implements RRT clinical practice guidelines; monitors outcomes.
