Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from initiation to closeout.
• Familiarity with SELC framework and DHS/DoD contexts.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget with SLA-driven stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project efforts for DHS contract, driving timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate activities across delivery teams and manage staff assignments.
• Document and track project lifecycle in ServiceNow PPM; report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, maintain risk register and mitigation plans; conduct kick-off and status meetings.
