Job summary

You will drive enterprise-scale programs, provide governance, collaborate with executive stakeholders, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery aligned with mission objectives. The role emphasizes strong Scrum mastery, strategic mentoring of teams, and proactive risk management across portfolios.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required with ability to pass CBP background check.
• At least ten (10) years of related government contracting experience.
• Bachelor degree or higher in CS/Software Engineering/Info Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Agile Scrum and SDLC understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level leadership for complex IT programs and agile delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams, establish governance, dashboards, and roadmaps.
• Partner with executives, government stakeholders, and Product Owners.
• Establish and oversee Agile delivery frameworks across programs.
• Mentor project managers, scrum masters, and delivery teams.
• Direct risk, issue, dependency, and impediment management.
• Oversee planning and resource alignment to maximize mission value.
• Communicate complex information to senior leadership clearly.
