Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead rapid-response engineering and IT infrastructure initiatives for a DHS contract. You will guide matrixed teams through project initiation, requirements gathering, deployment, and transition to O&M. Strong SELC familiarity and hands-on leadership are essential.

The role involves up to 25% travel, reporting to stakeholders, and fostering process improvements across 24/7 production environments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent plus 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading matrixed teams and managing projects through lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closeout ensuring alignment with DHS contract goals.
• Coordinate activities and staff assignments; manage resources and schedules.
• Provide risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting using ServiceNow PPM.
• Guide projects through transition to Operations and Maintenance and ensure on-time delivery.
