You will oversee planning, staffing, risk management, and performance reporting while driving innovations and ensuring customer satisfaction across all task areas including service desk, field operations, and infrastructure deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading program operations on federal IT programs
• Experience managing large scale IT operations 24/7/365 environments
• Experience with federal contract management, SLAs/SLOs and performance surveillance

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, budget, and report on the program
• Coordinate with Government Program Manager (GPM) and stakeholders to align activities
• Manage staffing across all task areas and maintain staffing targets
• Oversee weekly and monthly contract reporting and metrics
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across IT services and deployment
