Job summary

Qualifications

• US Citizen with ability to obtain DHS EOD (Active EOD preferred).
• DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance possible.
• BS/BA and 10+ years leading Program Operations.
• Experience in federal or complex IT programs with multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management functions: planning, budgeting, staffing, risks, issues, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Government PM, COR, CO, and GTMs to align activities with OCIO goals.
• Manage staffing across all task areas and maintain low vacancy rates.
• Produce high quality documentation: briefings, SOPs, policies, and issue papers.
