Job summary

CACI International is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead rapid-response engineering and IT infrastructure initiatives across 24/7/365 production environments for a DHS contract. The role requires strong technical leadership, SELC familiarity, and hands-on guidance of matrixed teams through initiation, requirements, deployment, and transition to operations.

Qualifications

Ability to obtain TS/SCI DoD security clearance (active TS preferred).
Ability to obtain DHS EOD - Active EOD preferred.
B.A./B.S. or equivalent + 8 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

All areas of Project Management from initiation through closeout, ensuring successful execution.
Manage, schedule, and coordinate project activities and staff assignments.
Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and manage risks.
Document and track the project lifecycle in ServiceNow PPM.
Deliver reports and estimates for surge resources; manage transition to O&M.
