Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead a DHS IT support contract, providing program leadership and day-to-day management for a large, geographically dispersed IT operations and support program.

You will ensure all task areas are delivered on time, within budget, and to the performance standards, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, staffing performance, innovation, and continuous improvement across a 24/7/365 operational environment.

Qualifications

• US citizen with ability to obtain DHS EOD
• Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
• 10+ years of experience leading Program Operations
• Experience applying project/program management best practices on federal IT programs
• Experience managing large scale, multi-site IT operations 24/7/365
• Leading geographically dispersed technical teams and subcontractors
• Performance management against SLAs/SLOs and continuous improvement
• Federal contract management fundamentals (FFP, T&M) and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, budget, allocate resources, manage risks and issues, and report on program status
• Coordinate with Government Program Manager, COR, CO and GTMs to align activities with OCIO goals
• Staff across all task areas and maintain staffing targets including timely backfill
• Oversee weekly and monthly contract reporting and documentation
• Lead innovations and continuous improvement initiatives across IT contracts
• Support global deployments and operations, coordinating travel, clearances, and deliverables
• Ensure training and certifications for contractor personnel and conduct onboarding
• Prepare high-quality status briefings, data calls, and SOPs for government stakeholders
