Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join the BEAGLE ASF Team supporting the CBP client in Northern Virginia. You will lead enterprise IT programs with Agile Scrum execution and coordinate multiple teams, portfolios, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of government-contract experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in driving program success and organizational agility within a fast-paced DHS-related environment.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of related experience, with government contracts preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IMS or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile Scrum and facilitating teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level leadership for complex IT programs and Agile delivery.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across multiple teams, portfolios, and stakeholders with governance and roadmaps.
• Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to shape priorities and resolve issues.
• Establish and oversee Agile delivery frameworks and adapt methodologies for enterprise-scale programs.
• Mentor project managers and Scrum Masters to improve organizational delivery maturity.
