Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a driven Emergency Response Coordinator to support homeowners and businesses after fires, floods, and storms. You will coordinate mitigation and reconstruction services, guiding clients through next steps while delivering reassurance in stressful moments.

Role requires proximity to North Baltimore County with some on-site meetings at the Hunt Valley office. Role offers uncapped commissions and strong earning potential, with regular in-person and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced sales environments or emergency services.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders during crises.
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Arrive quickly to fire, water, or storm-related losses to consult with impacted property owners.
• Conduct ongoing prospecting and relationship building with local fire departments and insurance adjusters.
• Maintain daily readiness, including call-to-action planning and care kit preparation.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales activity and meeting goals.
• Conduct ongoing prospecting and territory research to identify new opportunities.
• Represent SERVPRO Team Wall professionally across all customer interactions.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by the VP of Disaster Recovery and Emergency Response.
