• Explain the restoration and recovery process to customers and secure authorizations.
• Coordinate with insurance professionals, agents, and other referral partners.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, appointments, and sales activity.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to new fire-loss opportunities throughout the territory.
• Meet homeowners at fire-damaged properties and explain our restoration process.
• Secure signed work authorizations and coordinate with insurance adjusters.
• Work with operations to ensure a smooth handoff and follow-up on opportunities.
