MTM LLC is seeking an Emergency Response Coordinator in the Tampa area. You will be the first line of contact for homes and businesses facing fire, water, or property emergencies, delivering fast, reassuring guidance and drive to close opportunities.

This role emphasizes speed, communication, and relationship-building, with earnings potential that can exceed $100,000+. In-person, full-time work with a focus on building a robust customer network and growing the emergency response team.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to real-time emergency leads involving fire, water, storm and other property damage.
• Meet with homeowners, property managers, and decision-makers to understand needs.
• Help customers navigate initial steps after a property emergency.
• Coordinate mitigation and reconstruction opportunities with customers and teams.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurance professionals, and other decision-makers.
• Conduct in-person consultations to identify additional service opportunities.
• Maintain readiness to respond to emergency opportunities daily.
• Prepare customer care kits and resources for emergency response.
• Prospect territory to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct market and territory research and maintain follow-up with prospects and referrals.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales activity and appointments.
• Accurately track customer interactions and opportunities.
• Represent the organization professionally in every customer interaction.
• Participate in WIP meetings and team collaboration.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support growth.
