Job summary

Lutheran Community Services NW is hiring a Case Manager to deliver rapid housing stability services within RRH. You will assess eligibility, coordinate referrals, and help families secure permanent housing while maintaining client records and ensuring confidentiality.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience, with 2+ years in related work, strong communication, and organizational skills. Join a mission-driven nonprofit providing health, justice, and hope.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field.
• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accept referrals from King County Coordinated Entry and HUD Category 1 homelessness definitions.
• Provide rapid intake and develop housing stability and rental assistance plans.
• Assist participants with referrals to employment, life skills, and supportive services.
