Job summary

The Salvation Army of the Twin Cities is seeking a Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager in Minneapolis to develop, implement, and oversee RRH services. You will empower participants to navigate housing resources and connect to community supports, using a person-centered approach.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, state social-work licensure if applicable, and prior social services experience. Expect office-based work with regular hours and occasional evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Must be licensed by the state board if the degree is in social work.
• Previous experience in social services required.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Housing placement and community partnerships: coordinate referrals and housing placements with community resources.
• Case management and participant support: provide strength-based, holistic case management and coordinate services.
• Documentation and data management: maintain accurate files and complete data entry and documentation.
• Program and community engagement: participate in meetings, trainings and community activities to support RRH goals.
