Responsibilities

• Communicate information to supervisor and management.
• Maintain prep station and set up workstation according to guidelines.
• Read menus to estimate food requirements and assist in ordering.
• Prepare soups, salads, pizzas, sandwiches, gravies, desserts, sauces, and casseroles.
• Cook meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods; monitor temperatures and doneness.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health code standards.
• Rotate food products daily and perform quality checks.
• Assist the Deli Attendant as needed.
• Keep kitchen clean and organized; ensure confidentiality of privileged information.
• Provide excellent guest service and teamwork.
