Job summary

Osage Casinos in Tulsa, OK is seeking a motivated cook to prepare hot and cold foods in accordance with recipes and safety guidelines. Under supervision of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will help maintain a smooth kitchen operation and ensure quality and consistency across all menu items.

You will work with the kitchen team, manage prep lists, monitor food temperatures, and adhere to sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Six (6) months of experience in the food industry.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and obtain Osage Nation Gaming license.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license if required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold foods according to recipes and safety policies.
• Assist with ordering ingredients and setting up workstations per restaurant guidelines.
• Regulate oven and equipment temperatures to ensure proper cooking.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with health code standards.
• Assist the Deli Attendant and keep deli prep areas stocked and rotated.
