Job summary

Osage Casinos is seeking a qualified cook to support the Food & Beverage operation by preparing hot and cold items according to recipes, production requirements, and safety policies.

You will set up workstations, read menus, measure ingredients, cook and finish dishes, maintain cleanliness, follow health codes, and communicate with supervisors to ensure timely service and quality. This is an onsite role requiring teamwork and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Six (6) months of food-industry experience.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and obtain Osage Nation Gaming license.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference applies.
• Able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold items per recipes and production needs.
• Set up workstation and read menus to estimate ingredients.
• Cook, bake, and assemble foods to order.
