Job summary

BlueTeam is seeking a Restoration Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations, develop ROMs and project schedules, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. The role requires coordinating with the Project Director and owner, maintaining daily logs, and leading safety briefings on-site.

Travel is extensive (75%), with potential out-of-state deployments. Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely communication with management and clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years restoration experience (Commercial or combination Commercial/Residential).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to travel 75% as listed.
• IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, Fire, Mold).

Responsibilities

• Maintain preparedness for dispatch and project readiness.
• Coordinate day-to-day field operations with Project Director and owner.
• Keep daily field reports, logs, and safety briefings accurate and up-to-date.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE usage on site.
• Manage labor groups and logistics for deployment to projects.
