Job summary

BlueTeam is seeking a Restoration Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on disaster recovery projects. You will work with the Project Director to develop ROMs, project schedules, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Maintain daily logs, communicate project conditions, and supervise safety practices to protect people and property. The role requires coordinating a crew, preparing for rapid deployment, and traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• High School completion or GED required; restoration experience preferred (1–2 years).
• IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, Fire, Mold).
• Willingness to travel for 24/7 emergency responses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preparedness for dispatch per policy.
• Lead field crew and coordinate daily production.
• Create ROM and project schedules with Director.
• Ensure safety meetings and PPE compliance.
• Document field reports and progress.
• Manage travel arrangements and deployments.
• Ensure equipment and supplies readiness.
• Demobilize projects safely and complete paperwork.
