Job summary

BlueTeam seeks a Restoration Superintendent to drive day-to-day field operations. You will work with the Project Director to develop ROMs and project schedules, ensuring on-time, in-budget delivery while coordinating a field crew and maintaining detailed daily logs.

You will lead safety briefings, uphold BlueTeam SOPs, and communicate progress to owners and PD. This role requires extensive travel and hands-on supervision in a fast-paced recovery environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of restoration experience encouraged.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preparedness for dispatch per company policy.
• Deployment may include out-of-state projects for extended periods.
• Lead a crew of 20+ and supervise daily field operations.
• Document work in the BlueTeam App with daily field reports.
• Report project progress to management and customer representatives.
• Conduct morning safety meetings and enforce PPE usage.
