Job summary

BlueTeam is seeking a Restoration Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations. Working with the Project Director, you will create the ROM, project schedule, and ensure completion on time and within budget.

You will maintain a daily log of conditions, labor, equipment, and activities. You will supervise crews, coordinate travel and deployment, ensure safety, quality, and compliance with BlueTeam SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School completion or GED required.
• IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/Fire/Mold) preferred.
• Able to travel and respond to 24/7 emergency demands.
• Must safely operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (non-CDL box truck up to 26').

Responsibilities

• Maintain preparedness for dispatch per company policy.
• Deploy with rapid response and maintain deployment readiness.
• Lead a crew of 20+ and manage daily field operations.
• Prepare daily field reports, logs, and safety briefings.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs across projects.
• Report progress to Project Director and customer representatives.
• Demobilize safely and redeploy equipment for new projects.
